  • Returns: We do not accept returns once a product has been sold, except in the case of a damaged or defective item.

  • Damaged/Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery with clear unboxing images and video as proof. Upon verification, we will provide an exchange or store credit.

  • Refunds: We do not provide refunds. Only exchange or store credit will be issued in eligible cases.
