Returns & Replacement Policy

We value your trust and strive to ensure you have a smooth shopping experience with Saanvika Vastra Veda. Please read our policy carefully before making a request.

Returns

  • We do not accept returns once a product has been sold, except in the case of a damaged or defective item.

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear unboxing images and video as proof.

  • Upon verification, we will provide a replacement or store credit.

  • Refunds are not provided. Only replacement or store credit will be issued in eligible cases.

Replacement

  • Eligibility: Replacement is available only for products that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • Timeframe: Requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery. Requests after this period cannot be accepted.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, with original folds, tags intact, and in their original packaging.

  • Process:

    1. Contact our support team with your order ID, issue details, and proof.

    2. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement of the same product (subject to availability).

    3. If the product is unavailable, we will issue store credit.

  • Exclusions: No replacement will be offered for:

    • Accessories (neckpieces, jhumkas, bangles, earrings, etc.)

    • Readymade/stitched blouses

    • Customized or altered products

  • Shipping Charges: For defective/incorrect items, we will bear the shipping charges. For other cases, shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
