At Saanvika Vastra Veda, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refunds policy carefully:

• No Direct Refunds: We do not provide cash or payment refunds once an order has been placed.

• Eligible Cases: Refunds are only considered if the purchased product is unavailable or cannot be exchanged.

• Damaged/Defective Items: In cases where you receive a damaged or defective product, you may request an exchange or store credit. A refund will not be issued.

• Shipping Charges: Shipping fees, COD charges, or handling charges are non-refundable.
